Gender Nazis in West Virginian passed a bill allowing child genital identification exams for the purpose of identifying their “biological sex” without without parent's (or child's) consent.

Why?

It also defines a person as male or female, depending on whether they "produce eggs or sperm," ignoring the fact that no one produces sperm until puberty. It also says that all intersex people are “either male or female” but does not give a basis for assigning a sex to them.
