It’s all about the money, right? So, what if all this tariff nonsense is actually an orchestrated money-making play by Trump and his wealthy friends (including Republican lawmakers).
Consider that Trump *knew* he was going to make this tariff announcement, and it would cause the markets to take a nose dive. And he *knows* that he’s going to walk this back in a day or two.
All it takes is a little insider info on when to sell (just before the announcement of tariffs), and when to jump back in (just before the walk back announcement). I’m betting that there are fortunes being made during this little bit of tariff drama.
And guess what? No one in media will even ask the question, and the government agencies that would normally be responsible to watch for this are either co-opted or de-staffed.

@ai6yr I have used both eBay and Craigslist for years to off-load stuff, until lately. Craigslist has been taken over by bots, and eBay just produces a flurry of #scammy #assholes running whatever #grift they're into today.
Someone told me about #Facebook Marketplace, but when I see loads of 2015 Corvettes for $1, Kawasaki crotch rockets for $50 or Masaratis for $500, I run fast the other way.
