After all, mistakes can happen such as accidentally targeting the wrong car to satisfy your vengeance and having your mugshot appear in the news afterwards. Yes, alcohol was involved, so we can throw in a DUI on top of it all.

I have a special needs person who’s an acolyte at the first service. She does things fine, but getting her to do things differently or in a new way is a challenge, so I tend to let a lot slide.
Today we had a small issue with the wine cruet, and in trying to get it turned around, I set it down on the altar and it urped up wine onto the fair linen. And now I need to apologize to the Altar Guild for making a mess.

The other thing I found today was a little scary. Who the fuck stores a fox trap in loaded state!?

Luckily it was jammed and didn't trigger when I dragged it out from under some old rugs. I unjammed it and tested it with yet another dodgy hammer. Snap! It still works.

I guess someone felt the foxes had killed enough chickens and it was time to pay in furs 🦊🔪🩸

A fox or rabbit trap made from steel with a large spring that forces two hinged bars to snap shut if a foot steps on a trigger plate. There's a chain for attaching it to something.
